Katheryn McLendon officially launched Hope Evergreen LLC as a group practice in Jan. 2021 after providing counseling services as a solo practitioner in the Germantown area. Hope Evergreen LLC expanded and moved to its current location at 2158 Judicial Drive in the Corporate Center (off Farmington Blvd) in April 2024. Our existing office space houses 5 therapy rooms, a play room for child therapy (ages 3 and older), and a waiting room that can also be utilized for workshops and seminars outside of normal business hours.

 

Office hours for Germantown are Monday through Thursday 9AM to 6PM. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our receptionist, is available to answer your questions and assist with scheduling by phone or in person at our Germantown location during office hours. Counseling sessions with providers are by appointment only.
